Spiders, Mummies and Witch Fingers!

Unfortunately, Cameron had to work for Halloween, but I was lucky enough to be able to go hang out at my parent's house for a fun Halloween party. The grandkids came over as well as some friends. We all ate dinner and then went trick or treating. (I stayed behind and handed out candy with my dad.) And while the kids loved getting candy from the neighbors, the real hit of the evening was the crazy menu that Louise came up with. I went over at noon and started helping here prepare the frightful feast! Check it out:

Mummy Hot Dogs

Eyes of Newt

Witch's Fingers

Spider Crackers

Apple Bites

There were also some various worm-themed things and little pizzas that looked like candy corn because we used three different colors of cheese. The kids (and adults) just ate it all up!

Of course we did dress up and send the kids out to trick or treat, so here is a picture of most of my nieces and nephews. Noah wasn't around for some reason. Here we have Emily, Taylor, Gabe, Sadie and Sam.

And no, I didn't dress up. I did wear an orange shirt that made me look like a pumpkin though! Does that count?

How fun! All that food is making me hungry and it's only 10 in the morning. I've got issues.
