Sunday Blessing

As I suspected, I will not be able to come up with six new (and interesting) things I am thankful for/blessed with every week. So, I will just do one blessing each week and make it pertain to the previous week. And just so you know, I do realize I am very blessed and have a lot to be grateful for, I just don't want to list things like forks and bore you (and myself). Here goes.

Neighbors. Holy cow do I have to best neighbors. Just tonight I was visited by both my next-door neighbors and my across the street neighbor. All our neighbors have brought us treats/food for the holidays. I am so excited to try the tamales from next door and the casserole from across the street. Our other next-door neighbor is always so sweet. She has sent me boxes full of clothes her boys have outgrown, a baby swing and a baby bath. Tonight, she had to come over to tell us that our irrigation system is flooding their backyard (again).  She is so patient with us. Most people would have gotten angry by now, and she has hung in there. Anyway, these are just a few of the reasons why I love our neighbors and am grateful that I live in a kind neighborhood.
