Thanksgiving

This year we kicked off Thanksgiving with a fantastic Pie Night and birthday celebration the Sunday before. It you haven't heard of my family's Pie Night tradition, this is what it is. As a family we get together the Sunday before Thanksgiving and eat pie because inevitably, on Thanksgiving you are too full to really enjoy your pie. That and everyone always goes their separate ways, but with this tradition we are almost certain to see everyone at one time or another. Anyway, no pics. :( My SIL has one of Jake enjoying his first piece of pumpkin. Maybe I will share later. :)

ANYHOO, Here is Jake in his turkey shirt on Thanksgiving.

Cam had to work, so I spent Thanksgiving splitting my time between a dinner held by his squad and my parent's house. Two dinners!

Jake kept taking these foam leaves off of the table and floor and filling this pot. He did it for like an hour, and it made me laugh so I had to share for memory's sake.
