Sunday Blessing

Madison - Today is Maddie's birthday.  This year has been the most trying year of my life to date. Lots of prayer, family and tears, not to mention my amazing husband and a little bit of anger, have helped me through and I can now say that I am so grateful for my precious baby girl and everything she taught me. I feel so blessed and privileged to have had her for the ten days my Heavenly Father granted me. What an honor to be the mother of a perfect spirit.

I have done a lot of growing in the last year, and at this time in my life, I couldn't be more grateful for my Heavenly Father's plan. I have been able to make it through many trials in my life, especially that of losing Maddie, by clinging to the knowledge I have of eternal families. Maddie is waiting for us, and when our errands are through - we will be with her again.

Corynn, what a beautiful post. You have had a year that most would not be able to handle. You are so amazing. And some day you will be able to raise Maddie in a perfect world with no temptation or illness or pain or anything like that. I am proud of you and love you so much!!!

We honor you for enduring this past year's experiences. Going thru the grieving process following Maddie's death has strengthened all of us spiritually. These experiences hurt but are how we really find out what is most important in life. Dad and I would like to share a few special things about Madison with you when you're ready.
